Privacy

The contract and what you write are not sent to us while you fill in the form. They stay in your browser, and are stored only if you choose to store them. Only when you choose “Send for signing” is the contract sent to us, encrypted.

Send for signing

The contract is sent to us encrypted and stored for at most 7 days. The key is only in the links, not with us.

  • The contract is encrypted in your browser before it is sent. The key is only in the links and is not sent to us. As long as the page you are using has not been altered, we therefore cannot read the content.
  • The contract is stored with us for at most 7 days. It is deleted earlier when you have both confirmed that you have saved the copy, or when one of you deletes it.
  • When the links are used, we and our network provider see the IP address and the time. We store as little as possible and no contract content in plain text.
  • Anyone who has a link can read the contract and sign for the party the link belongs to. Only share the link with the person it is meant for.
  • The person who sends the links has created both and can technically sign on behalf of the recipient. A signature therefore does not show who actually signed.
  • A link that has been opened may remain in the browser history and in the messaging service it was sent with.

Share without storing it with us

The contract is not sent to us. The whole contract and the signatures are in the link itself. The text can be changed by anyone who has the link, and the link cannot be withdrawn.

  • Anyone who has the link can read the contract and sign.
  • The check code shows whether the text has been changed since the link was created. It does not show who signed.
  • A link that has been opened or sent may remain in the browser history and in the messaging service.

Statistics

Only if you accept it: the site uses its own statistics service that we run ourselves, without cookies. It sees your IP address and approximate location (country, region and city), browser, operating system, device, screen and language, and stores this without a name (pseudonymously). The IP address is converted into a code (hash) before it is stored. Content, keys and links are never sent there.

Regardless of the statistics choice, we count anonymously how many contracts are made: only template, language and date. We store no IP address and not which contract a count belongs to. PDF and print are not counted.

You change the statistics choice in the footer of the generator (Privacy).
